Adam has been crying, "mum, mum, mum, mum" from his crib for months now. Certainly since well before New Year's Eve, when Steve Caranci gave us third-party verification.
Adam also performs the signs for "up," "yay," and "squeeze/squish." Squeeze is fun because it can make his rubber froggies "squirt" and his rubber giraffe "squeak." He's been waving for a while but is inconsistent in its application and often waves some 30-60 seconds after the triggering departure or arrival.
We think Adam might be saying "duck" to refer both to his rubber duckie and his rubber froggies. On Friday, Sai, Heather, and Kaitlin gave third-party verification to "banana." Banana is less frequently "banana" than it is "nana," "anana," "nanana," or even "banane."
