other thoughts on the wedding

Monday, during ultimate warmup Rebecca asked if I had found the weekend emotional, or whether it was just her. I said, "uh yeah! I believe you heard me crying at the drop of a hat." Friday night, I did spend a lot of time contemplating everything and didn't fall asleep until well into the night. I hadn't realised how close the emotions were to the surface until during cake decorating I started to say so out loud. Kevin's mom reminds me a lot of my mother, although a little less so now that she has forgone the blonde. She is such a sweetheart, too. I'm glad I didn't spend a lot of time crying. It was a terrific time.
